ABSTRACT
Yuebi Decoction is a classic prescription derived from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. It has significant clinical efficacy and wide application. Scholars of different dynasties have different opinions on its prescription name and put forward different understandings on the dosage of Ephedrae Herba and Gypsum Fibrosum in the prescription. There is a dispute between relieving exterior prescription and draining dampness prescription in the main syndrome. In this article, it is found that there is no contradiction between relieving exterior and draining dampnes, but they promote each other and play the role of "lifting the pot to uncover the cover". In terms of clinical application, this article introduces the cases of this prescription and its addition and subtraction used in the treatment of diseases of respiratory system, urinary system and other systems in recent years. It is found that clinical use of this prescription is mainly for "sweating and promoting diuresis", which reflects the thought of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
ABSTRACT
Objective]To summarize the famous medical treatment of the Ming Dynasty Chen Shigong gall disease treatment thought. [Method] Through the careful study and systematic analysis of the authentic and the theoretical literature. [Results] That gall disease etiology and more responsibility in emotions and internal injuries, melancholy stagnation of Qi, diet and improper and so on; pathogenesis more responsibility on Yuxue, turbid qi and stagnation of phlegm; clinically more gas stagnation of phlegm, phlegm and blood stasis, irascibility exuberant, deficiency of Qi and blood and other syndromes. [Conclusion] For the treatment, real persons are advised to gas line blood, phlegm, invigorate the hard core of qi deficiency, Qi and blood, spleen and stomach.

Objective] Inquire Sun Simiao’s arthralgia syndrome related theory and drug laws in Essential Recipes for Emergent Use, with a view to a more comprehensive understanding of arthralgia to broaden the train of thought, improve the clinical efficacy. [Methods] Read Essential Recipes for Emergent Use book, combined with knowledge of Chinese medicine, to study involved arthralgia syndrome theory and relevant prescriptions and drugs for statistical summary. [Results] Sun Simiao believed arthromyodynia causes included three cold wet gas, kidney, heat etc. The use of medicine in treatment of arthralgia syndrome of wind;pay attention to helping Yang deficiency. Arthromyodynia for different symptoms and disease drug use had their own unique experience. [Conclusion] Sun Simiao’s Essential Recipes for Emergent Use content is rich, extensive and profound, its treatment of Bi syndrome has quite academic value, today, the therapeutic theory for treatment of clinical syndrome has still an important guiding significance.
